The following terms and conditions apply to purchases at Wereldvlaggen.nl:
Right of Withdrawal:
In the Netherlands, a statutory 14-business day cooling-off period applies. Within this period, you can cancel your order without giving a reason. You can do so in writing (an email to sales at wereldvlaggen.nl is sufficient) or by returning the products (at your own expense). Return the products within the specified period to:

Please ensure the package is sufficiently stamped to avoid postage penalties. If the products are damaged or used, you will be charged a legally established fee. You can avoid this by only testing the products as you would in a store, and returning them unused and in their original packaging.
Excluded from returns
* Products that have been made according to customer specifications, are clearly adapted to the customer’s personal requirements, or products that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
Conclusion of the Agreement
After placing an order, either by phone or through our website, you agree to our terms and conditions and have entered into a binding agreement to order the products. All small orders (< €100.00) must be paid in advance. This payment must be made within 7 calendar days of placing the order. After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message. The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm delivery or deliver the products. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to sales at wereldvlaggen.nl within 14 calendar days of placing your order , stating the reason for your cancellation. If you engage a debt collection agency, the costs (minimum €57.50 + interest) will be your responsibility. Administrative costs for any payment reminders are €15.00.
Deliveries:
The delivery times agreed upon with the buyer are indicative only and not final deadlines.
Deliveries are at the buyer’s expense and risk. Wereldvlaggen is not responsible for lost mail or damage during transport. For additional security, we request that you insure your package. Costs are available upon request.
The seller is entitled to perform its obligations in installments.

Warranty:
The warranty is determined in accordance with applicable law. In the event of defects, we will first exchange or repair the products, if desired. If a product cannot be repaired, or if the exchanged product is also defective, you can return the products for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Alternatively, you can keep the products and receive a partial refund.

Reflection Period
: Legally, you have a 7-business day reflection period after receiving goods purchased remotely. Regret your purchase? Return your order within 14 business days of receiving it. You don’t need to provide a reason. The condition is that you include the original invoice, the item is undamaged, and it is still in its original packaging, meaning any seals must be intact. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a full refund within 30 days. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. In exceptional cases, Wereldvlaggen may waive the reflection period outlined above. If Wereldvlaggen exercises this option, it will be clearly stated with the item to which the exception applies.
